Choose an available date ahead of the occasion. Fresh-flower cutoffs may be earlier on Valentine’s Day and other peak holidays; a preferred arrival hour is a request and cannot be guaranteed. When 14 February falls on a Sunday, choose Saturday 13 February or another available date for fresh flowers.

Include the community, property and landmark

Give the recipient’s full name, district, community, road or estate, and house, villa, hotel or business name in Saint Lucia. Add a recognised landmark, entrance or gate instructions and a working Saint Lucian telephone number. For a resort, workplace or venue, include a receiving contact.

For a hotel guest, give the reservation name and arrival date, and check that reception can accept the gift. For an office, include the company and department. Check a hospital’s rules before sending flowers, plants or food to a patient.

Plan the date and receiving arrangements

Fresh flowers are delivered Monday to Saturday; Sunday delivery is unavailable. Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements and addresses when ordered before 14:00 at the recipient’s local time, if that date is available for the selected gift; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants and gifts without fresh flowers have their own available dates and any stated notice. Fresh flowers within a combination also follow the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

For a mountain or coastal-road address, a resort or a fixed event, order ahead and use a date available for the full address. Give clear property and entrance directions and arrange someone to receive the gift. A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed; contact customer service before ordering if a deadline is essential.
